1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VahanSaathi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VahanSaathi is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for auto consultancy shops to manage vehicle inventory, track purchases and sales, verify vehicles through MoRTH API, and generate reports.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period.

3.2 Billing

After the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Payment will be processed through Razorpay using the payment method you provide.

3.3 Pricing

  • Monthly Plan: ₹199 per month
  • Annual Plan: ₹1999 per year

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

3.5 Refunds

Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods. If you cancel during a billing period, you will continue to have access until the end of that period.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

4.2 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not share your account with others

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VahanSaathi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service.

8. Data Ownership and Privacy

You own all data you upload to the Service. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VahanSaathi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VahanSaathi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
